Late Style (Gold Colour) - Stepped Shaft
 
It is easy to tell if you require the early or late type of circlip -
If your winch is fitted with the black spring disc washers between the circlip and the outer brake disc, and the end of the main shaft is narrower than the body, then you require the late (gold) type.
If your mainshaft is of even thickness, and has no washers between the circlip and the outer brake disc, then you require the early (silver) type - please see the photo showing the difference.

    • Only one warranty replacement is allowed per item per original purchase.

    • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  2. Conditions for Replacement:

    • The item must have been used under normal off-road conditions.

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation is not covered.

    • Evidence of intentional damage or tampering voids the warranty.

  3. Submission Process:

    • To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide a clear photo of the damaged item.

    • Jason Beard Adventure and Gear will inspect photo and determine if a warranty claim is valid and respond to the customer with further directions.

    • The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.

  4. Evaluation and Determination:

    • Final determination of warranty eligibility is at the sole discretion of Jason Beard Adventure and Gear

    • Jason Beard adventure and Gear reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim that does not meet the specified criteria.

  5. Exclusions:

    • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and gradual degradation over time are not covered.

    • Modifications or alterations to the product void the warranty.

  6. Communication and Resolution:

    • All communication regarding warranty claims will be conducted through the provided contact channels.

    • Jason Beard Adventure and Gear aims to resolve warranty claims promptly and efficiently.

  7. Policy Changes:

    • Jason Beard Adventure and Gear reserves the right to update or modify the warranty terms and conditions at any time.
