    1. Limitations on Replacements:

      • Only one warranty replacement is allowed per item per original purchase.

      • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

    2. Conditions for Replacement:

      • The item must have been used under normal off-road conditions.

      • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation is not covered.

      • Evidence of intentional damage or tampering voids the warranty.

    3. Submission Process:

      • To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide a clear photo of the damaged item.

      • Jason Beard Adventure and Gear will inspect photo and determine if a warranty claim is valid and respond to the customer with further directions.

      • The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with the warranty claim.

    4. Evaluation and Determination:

      • Final determination of warranty eligibility is at the sole discretion of Jason Beard Adventure and Gear

      • Jason Beard adventure and Gear reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim that does not meet the specified criteria.

    5. Exclusions:

      • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and gradual degradation over time are not covered.

      • Modifications or alterations to the product void the warranty.

    6. Communication and Resolution:

      • All communication regarding warranty claims will be conducted through the provided contact channels.

      • Jason Beard Adventure and Gear aims to resolve warranty claims promptly and efficiently.

    7. Policy Changes:

      • Jason Beard Adventure and Gear reserves the right to update or modify the warranty terms and conditions at any time.

    Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
